As you enter the main living area you will be astounded by the views, brightness and spaciousness of the room, with floor to ceiling windows allowing light to flood in creating an open and airy atmosphere. A comfy set (3+2+1) of imported Italian leather sofas awaits you. Your entertainment needs are met with 65" Sony 4K flat screen android TV with BT channels, WiFi and Chomecast. In addition there is an XBOX 360 with an array of games.
The open plan living area allows you to keep things sociable, and the modern and fully fitted kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your own culinary treats. The kitchen is fitted with all modern conveniences and essentials are provided, such as a dining set, pots pans, baking trays, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Salt, Pepper etc.
The dining area is furnished with a large beachwood arrangement consisting of 8 pace setting, a bureau and high backed chairs and overlooks the Firth of Forth;
