Located in the heart of Marchmont, this four bedroom top floor flat makes ideal Festival accommodation for a participating group.

The four double bedrooms can be converted into twin rooms (extra single beds can be provided upon request).

The accommodation comprises:

Large living/dining/kitchen area with city views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: full-height fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer drier, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans etc.

One bathroom with WC, WHB, bath and separate shower cubicle with an electric shower;

Please note: The photos show property with twin bedrooms. The property is offered for summer rentals with 1 double bed in each bedroom. Additional single beds may be available for your stay (at a small additional cost). Please contact us for details if you require additional beds.

Every bed has a bedside table, reading light and 4 way extension cable.

All bedding provided but no linen.

Set of keys provided for each guest.

Complementary Wi-Fi internet access provided.

The cost of electricity, gas and WiFi internet access are included in the rental price.

Check-out is by 11am

A non-refundable down-payment of 10% is required to make a reservation.

The remaining balance is payable no later than eight weeks in advance of arrival.

A 400GBP refundable damages deposit is payable with the remaining balance, and refunded at the end of the stay (minus the cost of making good any damages to the property, if any).


Apartment must be left clean and tidy and all trash, toiletries, drink and food etc removed.

Mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillow and pillow case supplied for each bed but must do own laundry during stay.
