About the location (New Town, Edinburgh)
A short walk from Princes Street and the City centre.
Even closer to hand are The Playhouse Theatre, The Omni centre with its multiplex cinema and various restaurants and cafes plus the renowned Valvona and Crolla delicatessen and restaurant.
Waverley Railway Station is a 7 minute walk away, and the airport is a 25 minute taxi ride. Alternatively the airport bus will drop you at Waverley station.
We will always do our best to accommodate early arrivals or late/ out-of-hours check in. Late check in fee of 20GBP applies for arrivals between 8pm & 10:30pm and 40GBP for arrivals between 10:30pm & midnight.
Check out strictly by 11am. Late check out subject to availability and by prior arrangement only.
Shoes off please. No smoking. No parties please, this is a quiet residential neighbourhood. Please dispose of rubbish & recycling. The property host would be most grateful if you could strip the beds before you leave. 20GBP fee for lost keys. Enjoy yourselves.
After payment of the initial instalment, the remaining balace is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival via Bank Transfer.
Cancellation Terms The initial instalment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of the remaining balance. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
