    The apartment is located in the West End, a short walk from Haymarket train station and Edinburgh City Centre are all easily accessible.

    It is a short walk from Haymarket station and has an abundance of local shops, cafes and restaurants in the the area. You can walk to the city centre or grab a bus which only takes a few minutes. Fountain Park is also a short walk away providing leisure and eating facilities nearby too.

    Local shops & restaurants are aplenty and for recreation, the Fountain Park Complex with multi-screen cinema is a short walk away. For direct connection to South Gyle and Edinburgh Airport, the new tram connection is available.

    For the comfort of future guests, the apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

    Once you have paid the initial instalment via Edlets, you will receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards from the property host to confirm your booking. You will be asked for 25% of the balance to be paid by bank transfer with the remainder due 6 weeks before your arrival (or the full amount if your stay is within 6 weeks).

    A returnable security deposit of 150.00 GBP is also applicable for stays under 3 weeks. For stays over 3 weeks, the security deposit is 250.00 GBP.

    Please note, the apartment is located in a residential development: no parties, stag or hen groups are permitted.
