For the comfort of future guests, the apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Once you have paid the initial instalment via Edlets, you will receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards from the property host to confirm your booking. You will be asked for 25% of the balance to be paid by bank transfer with the remainder due 6 weeks before your arrival (or the full amount if your stay is within 6 weeks).
A returnable security deposit of 150.00 GBP is also applicable for stays under 3 weeks. For stays over 3 weeks, the security deposit is 250.00 GBP.
