Very spacious apartment with 6 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room and dining kitchen, spread over the top two floors of a traditional tenement.
The accommodation comprises:
Very large living room with working shutters.
Large well-equipped dining kitchen with two large fridge/freezers, microwave, dishwasher, double oven, gas hob, drier, washing machine, sufficient crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc.
All bedrooms have: wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, bedside tables, reading lights and accessible sockets for charging gadgets.
All double beds have fitted sheets, double duvets, four pillows per bed, bedside light.
Bathroom 1 - bath with electric shower, W/C, WHB; Bathroom 2 - shower room with electric shower;
Cloakroom - W/C, WHB.
One full set of bedding supplied per bed per let (mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillows and pillow cases). Guests must do their own laundry during stay.
Drying racks, an ironing board and an iron are supplied as well as the drier in the kitchen.
Towels and linen, if required, can be supplied at no extra cost.
One set of keys per guest is provided. Free Wi-Fi.

This property is rented to students during the academic year. It will, of course, have been transformed for this Festival letting period.
About the location (Tollcross, Edinburgh)
Just 200m from the King's Theatre and the Cameo cinema in Tollcross.
Short walk to Lothian Rd and the Usher Hall. There is a very pleasant walk to George Square through the Meadows. Venues in Newington, the Pleasance and the Old Town are only a little further away.
Within easy walking distance of all of Edinburgh's many attractions.
There's a fairly large supermarkets just round the corner, and there's no shortage of bars, bistros restaurants and takeaways on neighbouring streets.
Free parking beyond the metered central zone is about 20 minutes walk away to the west.
The cost of electricity, gas and WiFi internet access are included in the rental price.
Check-out is by 11am
A non-refundable down-payment of 10% is require to make a reservation.
The remaining balance is payable no later than 8 weeks in advance of arrival.
A 400GBP refundable damages deposit is payable with the remaining balance, and refunded at the end of the stay (minus the cost of making good any damages to the property, if any).
Apartment must be left clean and tidy and all trash, toiletries, drink and food etc removed.
