great flat, just over a mile to Waverley station, half a mile to many Edinburgh Fringe hubs. Supermarket 2 mins away, bars and restaurants aplenty.
2 double bedrooms and a bed/sofa in the lounge, washing machine. All you need really.
The owners went out of their way for us. Would definitely return..
