We are located 1.9 miles from the 17th century historical village of Culross which is famed for being the main filming location for the hit US show "outlander" along with other movies such as Captain America.

To the right of us, approx 400 meters away is the Torry bay, with a lovely little beach viewpoint equipped with a car park, picnic and small adventure park area.

Dunfermline city centre is 4 miles away, and Rosyth is 6 miles away.

On the costal route with sea view of the forth, and a cycle path which runs all the way along the coast down to Culross and then onto Kincardine bridge.

I expect guests to behave like grown-ups:

Don't burn down the house

Don't eat drippy food on the sofa or near the rugs.

There are several rubbish bins around the house: the toilet is not one of them.

This isn't Ibiza or Miami, so don't party like a rock star.

No stag do's or hen parties allowed.

No loud music, or chatting loudly in any of the outside space after 9 pm. (Yes, the neighbour's can hear everything you say)

If you lose your keys, then a 40GBP will be deducted from you for a replacement set. (it will also take us a few hours to get out to you, to give you a replacement set, so DON'T LOSE the keys)

Basically treat this like your own home, be nice to the neighbour's and everything will go smoothly :)
