Our air bnb was cancelled 2 days before our trip to Edinburgh so on the off chance of availability I contacted edlets who put myself in touch with the host with whom I dealt with personally, the host did all she could to help me and more, the apartment was a great location for what we needed (close to the start of the Edinburgh marathon) it was clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou so much xx

There were two of us who stayed at the Royal View Apartment. It does have a royal view of both the crags around Arthur's Seat and the Firth of Forth. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Edinburgh and this apartment played a key role. I couldn't ask for a better location. The owner was super accommodating to all the changes we had to keep making due to the pandemic. We would definitely plan to stay there again, and plan to do so.

We feel very lucky to have stayed in this apartment. The location was superb and the owner, super accommodating, flexible and responsive to our needs. The apartment is super comfortable and has just about anything you would need. Extra plus for those who enjoy a bath. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future!
FYI: It is on a main road with a considerable amount of traffic, but not cars honking or city buses. There are smokers in the building and the smoke seems to, at times, waft in through the mail slot. Mattresses are on the soft side, but there is a pull-out sofa.
