The flat is located in a very central location. Within short walking distance to the Royal Mile, University of Edinburgh, Arthur's Seat, Scottish Parliament and the Palace of Holyrood. It is also a block away from the vibrant Nicholson street with lots of shops and restaurants and lots of bus routes.

The Festival Theatre and the National Museum of Scotland are 5 minutes walk away. There are cafes, shops and supermarkets are all within walking distance, although far enough not to make the noise.

The Pleasance Courtyard, which is one of the main venues for the Edinburgh festival is 500 m from the property.
