It is also a block away from the vibrant Nicholson street with lots of shops and restaurants and lots of bus routes.
The Festival Theatre and the National Museum of Scotland are 5 minutes walk away. There are cafes, shops and supermarkets are all within walking distance, although far enough not to make the noise.
The Pleasance Courtyard, which is one of the main venues for the Edinburgh festival is 500 m from the property.
The flat is a residential block, so please be considerate of the neighbours.

Please pay 30 days in advance. If booked closer to the check in date, please contact the owner re payment. The code for the key safe will be provided only after the payment is received.
For lets of 1 month plus the owner will ask for you to sign an agreement and there is a refundable security deposit applicable. Utility bills will also be capped.
Once payment of the balance has been paid, this is non-refundable.
