Fabulous city flat

What a gem of a flat. Immaculate, comfortable and great sized rooms for a large party. Had a girls weekend and this flat was ideal! Comfortably accommodated 8 of us with room to spare (could fit 10 if you used the living area). It’s location was ideal for theatre, shops and bars. The restaurant down the stairs is another great find with gorgeous Italian food and excellent service. Can’t recommend this flat enough. Had everything we wanted and the host was so accommodating with early access and late departure. Nothing was too much trouble. If your staying in Edinburgh look no further. It’s well equipped, and everything we were looking for.

Amazing apartment!

We stayed here recently for my hen do and it was amazing! The apartment was beautiful, it had everything we needed, was spacious and everything we wanted to do was only a short walk away.
Giovanna was so hospitable and accommodating to us. I would definitely recommend staying here, and if I ever do a large group trip to Edinburgh again I will definitely stay here again.

We traveled to Edinburgh to celebrate our friends 60th birthday, there was 9 in our party. The apartment was lovely everything that we could need it was exceptionally clean.
My only criticism is that there was not enough comfty seating as there was only room for 5. It was only 10 minutes walk from the station into the centre of Edinburgh which was perfect.

Nine of us stayed at Picardy Place for a hen weekend. The booking process was easy and the host was really quick to respond to any questions we had before we stayed. Check in should have been from 4pm but we had an early flight from Bristol and were allowed to check in from 11am which was brilliant. We were met by the very friendly host who gave us keys and briefed us on a few things relating to the aprtment. The hosts also own the Italian restaurant downstairs (Guilianos). We ate there on the Saturday night and I can honestly say the food was the best Italian I have ever had! The apartment is spacious, light and less than 10 minutes walk to Princes Street. We were also allowed ato check out later than 10am on our leaving day which was really great. We would all definitely stay there again if we return to Edinburgh.
