This unique self-catering cottage is situated on the south side of Edinburgh and is about a 20-30 minute walk from the centre of town. Those visiting for the Edinburgh International Festival are particularly well-positioned, with George Square, The Pleasance, and The Udderbelly all just a short walk away.
It benefits from private off-street parking and a garden with table and chairs.
The accommodation comprises:
Living area / Kitchen There is a dining table in the bay window with seating for six and a modern functional kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, and combined microwave/oven. There is a Sonos system with online streaming and for the winter months, there is a wood-burning stove (though there is also a combi boiler for convenience). For an additional fee (£15) we can provide a laid fire in the stove, ready to light, and a basket of logs and kindling. Two double sofa beds with sprung mattresses allow the apartment to comfortably accommodate a family or a group of friends.

Guest's can park one car at the front of the property for free and there is a EV charger just next to the main door of 35 for use with an electric car.
We're happy to report that your four-legged friends are welcome in our home! (If you do plan on bringing your dog please let us know in advance and be sure to follow the house rules related to pets during your stay)
Please note: The apartment can only be accessed by walking through the adjoining garage of the main house.

This dog-friendly Edinburgh holiday cottage is also conveniently positioned just around the corner from Edinburgh University Pollock Halls of Residence, so may be particularly well located for prospective students or those visiting family or friends at the university.
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years old. We reserve the right to vet any booking. We require the names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID.
A damages deposit of 250GBP is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.
Pets are welcome at this Edinburgh holiday cottage. If you plan to bring your pet, please let me know before you place the booking and ensure that you follow the house rules related to pets during your stay.
