Luxury self-catering suites with separate kitchenette, set in an elegant Victorian townhouse at the West End, just 10 minutes walk from Princes Street.
Each spacious suite features a flat-screen TV, a kitchen equipped with kitchenware, and a seating area. Ironing facilities, towels, linen and a hairdryer are provided.

There is a telephone to contact the reception desk for any needs. The telephone can be used to receive calls directly from outside using the room extension number. Free WiFi access is provided in the suite and all areas of the building.
We offer a free weekly servicing of all the suites.
A laundry service is available on request. Guests can drop the garments at reception and we will return them directly to their suite within a few hours.

About the location (West End, Edinburgh)
Located in Edinburgh's beautiful West End, just 5 minutes walk from Haymarket rail station, and 10 minutes walk from Princes Street.
This area of the city contains many buildings of great architectural beauty, primarily long rows and crescents of Georgian terraced houses and a part of it lies in the World Heritage Site.
The building is a 'B' listed property of Victorian construction and is part of a terrace built between 1881 and 1884 by the architect Alexander White. It was renovated in 2013.

Check in/out Check-in time for at the Suites is 15:00. reception is manned betweeen 9am and 7pm so if you are arriving early you can leave your luggage at reception till check-in time free of charge. If you plan to arrive after 19:00 please contact us to arrange a late check-in (no additional charge).
Check-out time is strictly 11:00. Late check-out can be arranged for 10GBP per hour up until 13:00. (must be pre-booked at least one day before you check-out)
Smoking All building areas are strictly non-smoking. Anyone found to have breached this will be charged all associated costs incurred with sourcing alternative accommodation for future guests, not exceeding 1000GBP.
Occupants Only persons notified to us prior to arrival may occupy the suite. Sorry, no pets or animals are allowed.
