The accommodation comprises:

Welcoming and cosy living room with two plush sofas, an armchair and foot stool, making it the perfect space to put your feet up with a glass of Scottish whiskey after a busy day touring the city! There's a large TV and even a desk in the window if you need it.

The airy kitchen is fully equipped for both long and short stays and includes bar seating for up to four people.

Master bedroom with king-sized bed, beautiful matching furniture and a lovely upholstered armchair. There is also direct access to a sleek en-suite bathroom complete with bath.

Additional double bedroom with double bed and ample storage with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Family bathroom with a corner bath.

Towels and linen are supplied and a high chair and travel cot are available by request.

Please note that there is no parking at the apartment. On-street parking is free from 6:30 p.m till 8:30 a.m. on Monday to Saturday and free from 6:30 p.m. on Saturday to 12:30 p.m. on Sunday. You can find more information from our parking guide in Edinburgh.

This apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. No unregistered guests are allowed to visit or stay overnight.

A damage deposit of 250 GBP is required prior to arrival and, in the event that there is no damage to the apartment, will be fully refunded one week after your departure.

Parties, events, and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. All guests must comply with our other house rules regarding noise and the neighborhood.
Please do not engage in any anti-social behaviour. Guests must not behave in a way which causes, or is likely to cause, alarm, distress, nuisance or annoyance to any person; or which amounts to harassment of any person; or causes damage to anyone's property. This includes high levels of noise and drunken or threatening behaviour, which is strictly prohibited.

No pets are allowed.

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep any form of noise to a minimum between the hours of 9:00 pm and 7:30 a.m.

Strictly no smoking, vaping, candles, or incense burners. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
