Towels and linen are provided for short term lets only, and not medium to longer term lets.

A security deposit is also required.

- Please treat the home as you would your own.
- Please respect the neighbours, and do not make significant noise or play loud music after 9 pm.
- No parties
- Strictly on hen, stag, bachelor, bachelorette parties, or any other parties of any sort.
- No heavy or excessive drinking which could lead onto disruptive behaviour.
- No throwing cigars/cigarette butts, empty beer bottles/cans or any other rubbish outside the front or back door or porch area.
- No loud talking on the porch after 9 pm (yes residents can hear everything you say)
- No disruptive, rude or abusive behaviour towards residents. (yes we have had guests get drunk and verbally abuse neighbours) Any breach of any of the above house rules will result in having your security deposit taken, and in serious cases reported to the police for breach of the peace! Basically keep the noise down, don't be a litter lout, be courteous and respectful to local neighbours and residents and we will all get along just fine :)
- If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they forget to leave the keys at checkout, a 50 GBP fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a 50 GBP fee will apply. Any items which have been damaged and need replaced will be chargeable to the guest and money will be deducted from your deposit. If any of the rugs are stained or soiled and cant be cleaned with a regular vacuum cleaner and require us to hire a carpet washing machine, then this will be charged to the guest. If any of the carpets or flooring is damaged due to you leaving an iron on the floor, or slashing the rugs/flooring with a box cutter Stanley knife whilst trying to cut some cardboard to wrap a parcel (yes we had had all of the above scenarios take place) and as a result the entire carpet or flooring is required to be replace, then the guest will be charged for the total cost, which will most likely exceed the security deposit value.
