    This beautiful and modern duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms and private parking is situated on the 5th and 6th floors of the Metropole Building, a few minutes walk from the thriving Merchant City.


    The accommodation comprises:

    Spacious and bright open living/dining/kitchen area with floor to ceiling windows, comfortable seating, flat-screen TV, dining table and balcony with city views. The modern and fully equipped kitchen area has oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A double sofa bed in the living area allows this apartment to accommodate up to 6 guests.

    Mezzanine style bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and a modern shower room are on the upper level, accessible via a spiral staircase.

    Beautiful bespoke Artwork adorns the apartment throughout. This apartment really has the wow factor and the attention to detail has been meticulous so guests can have an amazing experience when they come to stay at this property. 1GB Hyperoptic WiFi is installed in the apartment. Complementary Netflix is on both the living room TV and the master bedroom TV.

    Access to the property is via the secure entry door system with security codes and key fob entry system. Lift access is available from 3 entry doors on Dunlop Street. The Metropole building has a full time concierge also for any needs guests may have.

    About the location (Glasgow City Centre, Glasgow)

    This apartment provides visitors with an ideal Glasgow city centre location, a few minutes' walk from a wealth of history, arts and culture, fantastic bars, restaurants and shopping as well as the city's main transport networks and stations.

    The apartment is well serviced with public transport and by the motorway network. With Glasgow Central and Queen Street train stations only a 10 minutes' walk, there are also two underground stations (St. Enoch and Argyle Street) close by and direct access to the main bus routes through the City Centre. The Apartment can also be accessed easily from the M8, M77 and M74 extension making both Glasgow and Prestwick Airports easily accessible.

    Terms

    The apartment is strictly non-smoking, and we do not accept hen/stag/party groups.
    At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

    A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded on the day of departure.

    Check in is from 3pm, and check out is before 11am.
    A personal meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown to the property. If you have a car with you, you will be shown into the underground car parking also and to your designated parking space.
    Please arrange your arrival with us at least 24 hours before arrival.

    Pets are allowed on request (Charges may be applicable)

    Please note: If you require the sofa bed to be made up and have not booked for the maximum number of guests, there will be an additional charge.
