After the initial instalment is paid, the balance is due 1 month prior to arrival. For any bookings made within this period, then the balance is due within 24 hours.

Please note that the balance is payable via either (international) bank transfer or PayPal. Any additional costs for this, are borne by the guest.

Security Deposit
550GBP is held against damages & will be returned after checkout, usually via PayPal.
