The flat is situated in a convenient area of Leith with many cafes and 2 supermarkets near by. Lidl is only 1 minute walk from the flat and there's a Tesco superstore at the bottom of Easter Road which is around 8 minutes walk.
There are 2 pubs at the end of the street, and a lot of cafes as well as takeaway in both Leith Walk and Easter Road. Family style restaurants can also be found in Leith walk.
Payment and cancellation terms for short rentals (one month or less) 200 GBP of the balance will be due immediately following confirmation with the remainder due in full 3 weeks in advance of arrival. Payment is not refundable in the event of cancellation.

Monthly payments in advance may be available subject to prior agreement. Payments are not refundable in the event of cancellation. Notice to terminate a rental earlier than agreed must be given by the guest 6 weeks in advance.
Utilities Rent is inclusive of the cost of utilities (gas/electricity), subject to a fair usage policy of 200GBP per month. Additional utility usage is payable by the guest, to be settled within 14 days of billing.
Security/damages deposit A deposit of 1500GBP is payable 3 weeks in advance of arrival and will be refunded at the end of the rental, minus the costs of making good damages to the property or it's contents (if any). The property owner/manager reserves the right to deduct the cost of any unpaid excess utility usage from the security deposit.
Smoking Smoking (including vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the property.
Pets Pets are welcome to stay, subject to prior agreement. A pet fee of 20 GBP per week and an extra 300 GBP deposit would be required.
