    The apartment is located on Hunter Square, just off Edinburgh's Royal Mile in the heart of the Old Town. This is an outstanding central location and one of the most sought-after in the City Centre.

    The surrounding area is a hive of activity with bars, restaurants and
    shops only minutes away and easy walking distance to many popular festival venues. Princes Street
    and Waverley Train Station are also just a few minutes' walk away.

    Please note that immediately following confirmation, you will receive a booking form that should be completed and returned within 3 days latest.

    Security deposit: £1000 - payable immediately to your property host, after the initial instalment has been paid via edlets.com
    Available for 1st August - 29th August 2024

    Please note that the Lead Guest must be over 18 years of age.

    Please note that all properties are fully furnished and inclusive of bills, however, bedding/towels/toiletries are not provided (unless specified). Basic bedding sets can be rented for a cost of £60 (incl. VAT) per set. Each set includes a double duvet, two pillows, linen, two large towels, two hand towels, and a tea towel. If a second set of linen/towels is required for a changeover, each set costs £30 (incl. VAT). Alternatively, guests are welcome to bring their own.

    RENTAL PAYMENT
    The full rental amount must be received before arrival. If payment is not received in full then the landlord/agents reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled. In this case, cancellation charges as set out in the clause "Cancellation by you" will be applicable. Bookings received 6 weeks or less before the booking arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

    Acceptable methods of payments are bank transfer, debit card (UK only) & cheque (UK only).
    Please note that we do not accept payment of the balance by credit card/AMEX.

    CANCELLATIONS - BY YOU
    The Guests may cancel their booking at any time. Cancellation must be communicated to the landlord/agents in writing and takes effect from the date received. In the event of cancellation then the following charges become applicable:

    Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date - 100% of remaining balance
    Between 4-6 weeks prior to arrival date - 75% of remaining balance
    Between 6-8 weeks prior to arrival date - 50% of remaining balance
    Cancellations made by the Guests after the deposit has been paid will incur a cancellation charge of £198 (£165 + VAT).


    CANCELLATIONS - BY THE LANDLORD/AGENTS
    It is extremely unlikely that any changes will be made to your property rental. However, unforeseeable changes may be required therefore the landlord/agents reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes would be minor and the Guests would be advised as soon as they may be applicable. If the landlord/agents are forced to cancel the property rental because of "Force Majeure" or for any reason that makes the property unfit for rental, the Guests will have the choice of either allowing the landlord/agents to try to locate a suitable alternative property on the Guests behalf or of cancelling the booking and accepting a full refund of all monies paid.

    Please note that the landlords/agents are not liable for any consequential loss or incidental expenditure resulting from the cancellation of your holiday.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT
    This cannot be used to pay the rental amount. This will be refunded to you once the property has been checked after you vacate. Any damage/missing items/extensive cleaning will be charge to your deposit.
