A cosy and welcoming, ground floor apartment full of charm near to Holyrood Palace and the Royal Mile and sleeping up to four people. It is peacefully situated to the rear of a traditional Victorian sandstone tenement building (1890) within Edinburghas popular and central neighbourhood of Hillside.
The apartment consists of a bright living and dining area, kitchen, shower room, bedroom and access to the shared walled garden where you can dine at your own outdoor table (weather permitting!).
Fully equipped with gas central heating, fast WiFi internet, Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, bluetooth speaker, PS3 player & games, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, electric cooker and cooking equipment. There is a double sofabed in the lounge enabling up to 4 guests to stay in the apartment.
A travel cot is also available on request for an additional fee.
Perfect for a single person, couple or a small family, the flat is bright and modern yet chic and cosy with traditional charm! This is a great base to call your own if you want more than a hotel can offer.
The street is off the main road and is quiet with hardly any traffic and a lovely park.

Hillside is a higly popular and bustling area of Edinburgh offering the very best of city living as well as easy access to some of Edinburgh's best outdoor spaces.
Just around the corner form the apartment, Easter Road is packed with a good selection of shops including Lidl, The Co-op, Iceland, many cafes, bars, independant gift shops, an excellent artisan baker/patisserie and a brilliant independent wine shop.
No other city has an extinct volcano in its limits, so climbing to Arthur Seat (which is minutes walk from the apartment), the tallest of Edinburgh's seven hills, is an essential activity for the able-bodied visitor. While you are there why not visit both the Holyrood Palace and the Parliament situated at its base or take a walk up the Royal Mile to the Castle passing some wonderful shops and establishments on the way.
