A spacious, lovely, newly decorated, one bedroom flat with wooden floors throughout with an outdoor space for you to enjoy. Fountainbridge is a vibrant part of Edinburgh close to many shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants on your door step. Haymarket train station, airport bus stop and tram station is very close and walkable to.

The accommodation comprises:

The apartment is a spacious one bedroom main door, ground level flat. Everything is on one level.

The apartment has wooden floors throughout. There is a dedicated work station for those who do some work away from home in the comfortable living room. There is a double sofa bed in the living for friends or children for your use
We have a separate kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The apartment has wifi and central heating. There is a small shower room and seperate w.c.

The apartment is very secure and safe with wrought iron railing and gate on the french door, that leads out into the communal garden with lots of lovely plants and shrubs.

There is sofa bed for a couple, friend or child/children. Extra bedding and towels are all available for it in the fitted wardrobe in the living room. This is in the living room.

There will be tea, coffee, and cereal for your use and a range of kitchen utensils if you wish to make use of the kitchen and cook if you like.
