Modern, warm and comfortable one bedroom flat in a very quiet residential street in the trendy neighbourhood of Leith. Located just 6 minutes walk to to Leith Walk and 20/25-minute walk to Edinburgh City Centre.

Living room with comfy 2 seater couch, a desk with chair, and a small dining table and 2 chairs. South facing window invites a lot of sunshine and good views. Edinburgh Castle can be seen from the window.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine.
Bedroom with a double bed and plenty storage
Bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower
My framed photographs will be on the walls (all taken by myself), as well as some antlers (found in the wild by myself) and other Scottish things. I can print copies of the photographs at request.
Please note: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so unsuitable for disabled.
