Rear double bedroom (Hypnos Super King Size Double or Twin Single Beds): This room looks out onto a communal garden area at the rear of the property with trees, shrubs and a drying green. This room is furnished with a 1930's oak dressing table and wardrobe.
Refurbished in 2011 the apartment is sympathetically decorated in keeping with its Art deco style and upgraded with maple flooring in the bedrooms, hall and lounge, Carndean tiled flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is situated on Falcon Road, a quiet residential street close to the heart of Morningside. Morningside Road is 2 minutes' walk away with a wide and interesting collection of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, a Waitrose supermarket just around the corner and a Marks and Spencer's Food-hall 5 minutes' walk away. Morningside Road is serviced by many bus routes running into the City Centre's New and Old Towns. With the volume of buses, any wait should be no longer than 10 minutes. The bus stops are also fitted with tracking screens which display the time to arrival of each bus number. For guests with small children, there is a play park just along the street next to the Primary School.
Morningside is predominantly a residential area with an eclectic mix of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, library, a theatre and a 1930's Art Deco cinema.
Morningside Road, just a few minutes' walk from the apartment is served by many buses, running every 10 minutes to the City Centre, Princes Street and The Royal Mile, or walk to the Old town through the Edinburgh Meadows Park in around 25 minutes. Parking is on-street with meters through the week and free at the weekends.
