A great spacious apartment. Well equipped . Beds very comfy . Some good local shops a couple of minutes away . The walk into town is about 15 minutes . We traveled by car and there is parking just behind the apartment . Would definitely stay here again

All three apartments were in a great location, just a 10 minute walk from the city centre.

They are a great size and very clean.

The photos on the website do not do them justice in my opinion, and I would definitely stay here again.

The host, Iain, was fantastic, very helpful throughout the whole process and was always willing to answer any questions I had.

Definitely recommend! 10/10

Flat was lovely and clean and bigger than the photographs imply. It was very quiet. The host was responsive and gave clear information on checking in and out.
Location was good and actually very close to Princes street. There are buses which were frequent and cheap.

This apartment was in a residential area. We felt safe and secure. Easy walk to many great food options. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. There is a well equipped kitchen and nice selection of instant coffee and tea bags. Nice train station nearby allowed for an easy day trip to Glasgow one day.

We can highly recommend booking one of these apartments. Iain was great and gave us loads of information and tips on where to go. The facilities of the apartment where great and very clean and tidy everywhere. The location is perfect and only a short walk away from the action and shops etc. Thanks for having us!

Came to Edinburgh for a wedding across the city and to experience the attractions. After endless searches on other websites to find accommodation for 6 adults and 4 kids on the Platinum Jubilee bank holiday weekend, I was lucky to be offered this place from Iain via Edlets.

Iain was very accommodating with answering my queries and despite not meeting up with Pippa, the details in the check-in email was very meticulous with the directions, codes to things like the key box, doors and instructions. So it was easy once we got over our initial panicky stage. Iain isn't short of recommendations for any food or eateries either if you're new to Edinburgh so worth asking him for any info on restaurants, cafes etc.

We were all in agreement the house (Nevis) and the 2 bedroom apartment (Ochil) we stayed in were really good. Clean and well equipped and even the kids loved staying on the top floor. Location is great - quiet and there are spaces for car parking. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. About 20 min walk to the centre.

There were some faults I had to highlight during our stay, such as a broken downstairs toilet (which was fixed by the plumber during our stay) and a kitchen door that could only open 1 way in the house. When raised, it was promptly responded.

Definitely do recommend this place and will come back here if I return with a group. Thanks Iain and Edlets!!

A week in edinburgh for the half marathon

We spent a week in 3 flats (we were 11 coming from France) for the Edinburgh Half Marathon and took the opportunity to visit Edinburgh and the surrounding area. Iain (the host) made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of advice on what to see and do (restaurants, visits...). The flats were superb, very well equipped.
Thanks to Edlets for finding us these flats.
We would definitely go back.

I recently brought my stag party to one of the houses and apartments for a weekend and would say that, in summary:

- Very personable and flexible hosts who were keen to help and enhance quality of weekend, and maximise benefit of location of accommodation

- Perfectly positioned accommodation that is contemporary and spotless

- Reasonably priced for what you receive

Rugby weekend

The 6 Nations rugby international match between Scotland and England was as inviting as ever. Myself and some friends always travel up (from Liverpool) for this game and 2022 was no different, although it was a smaller posse than usual, 5 of us.
I've used Edlets previously and again they delivered everything we wanted, a 3 bed apartment with 5 single/twin beds.
Edlets and the owner made the process so easy, they bent over backwards to help.
The owner, Iain was in touch with us right away, offering every bit of help that anyone staying would have needed and he stayed in touch throughout the weekend.
Much to our surprise when we got there we were told we'd been upgraded from 1 to 2 apartments, 5 seperate bedrooms and double beds, fantastic !! Phillipa showed us around the apartments and also met us as we left to enquire if we had enjoyed our stay, which of course we had.
The apartments were great, spacious, clean (and close to a good pub, The Mash Tun). Would definately look to book again for 2 years time !

From the start Iain was a great host ensuring that our visit was well catered for. He provided thorough instructions for accessing the property and a comprehensive list of local restaurants and cafes.
The apartment is very spacious and well appointed with both en-suite and regular bathroom. It was all spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and perfect for what we needed.
It also felt very secure, would definitely highly recommend.

We visted Scotland with a group of 14 for a bank holiday weekend. Never been to Scotland therefore were all excited to know what it was all about.

Brilliant location and fabulous service. The apartment is very convenient. And extremely clean.

Iain the host was so welcoming and very accommodating. No complaints! Love everything about His communication he deffo made our stay one to remember. Service was outstanding.

However the pictures do not do the place justice pls book and see the place for yourself it’s a lot bigger, modern and spacious than then pictures.

Good central location with parking... good sized rooms, comfortable beds .... the flat was perfectly cleaned each week by the most sweetest obligingly young woman... the landlord was most helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble.. I was only a short walk to the city, Sainsbury’s near by... all in all I would stay there again.

Comfortable flat in a convenient location with parking and close to shops. Owner provided very good directions and helpful information as well as responding promptly when fuse blew. Description was accurate and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go apart from visits to family living outside the city.

We stayed at 3 of the apartments in a group of 16. Iain was in contact all through the process & made sure we had everything we needed. Location is only a 15-20 minute walk to Waverley & Princess St.
They are very clean & nicely furnished & quiet for a good nights sleep.
Would definitely recommend & would book again.

Value for money - Obviously fringe weeks in Edinburgh are always expensive but we felt the accommodation was well worth the money spent and included parking - 4 stars.
Service - Everything we needed was in the flat so we didn't need to make contact with the accommodation providers during the week, but communications prior to the trip were very efficient, someone was there to meet us and explain everything and we had a number of contacts if we needed them during our stay. 5 stars
Facilities - everything we needed; we couldn't access the recycling bins outside - a very minor point - 5 stars
Cleanliness - excellent - 5 stars
Location - on a quiet street, within walking distance of all of the city centre, we walked everywhere. 4 stars.
We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thank you.

We surely lucked out when we found the Eh7 apartment! We were on a once in a lifetime trip with 10 family members ages 5-69 celebrating our oldest sons graduation and grandparents 5th anniversary.
Our host, Iain, and his housekeeper, Lisa, went out of there way to make us feel welcome in the beautiful apartments. The accommodations are beautiful (even better than the pics), the location is perfect (short walk to market, restaurants and even to Holyrood), and the support and quick response from Iain is above par.
We traveled for 17 days, stayed in 6 different locations. EH7 was by far the very best. Iain was without a doubt the most helpful and accommodating host!
I highly recommend booking through Edlets as they too went above and beyond to help us with the booking and making sure we felt comfortable with the transaction.

I am telling everyone I know that if they are looking to visit Edinburgh, Iain's EH7 Apartments is the place to stay!

We stayed for just 1 night. I'm not really fussy but the apartment wasn't the cleanest it could be. The beds and towels were clean but tables and the carpets weren't.
The double beds are just 2 singles pushed together so you always get that little gap that you fall down.
Brilliant location and only 6 to get a taxi into princess street.
