Payment:
To reserve the apartment, a total non-refundable booking deposit of 40% is due upon booking (15% via Edlets and 25% by the property host), with the balance 56 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, the balance is due immediately. After payment of the 15% initial instalment to Edlets, 25% of the remaining balance is due directly to your property host.

The price quoted is based on occupancy level. The agreed number of occupants must not be exceeded.

For August bookings, a minimum 1000GBP security deposit is required. This is returned, 14 working days after the end of the stay, provided there are no breakages or damages. There is a 150GBP cleaning charge.

The initial booking deposit payment can be made by Cash or Bank Transfer. The remaining balance can be made by Cash or Bank Transfer.

Non UK - please ensure any bank transfer fees at your end are added to the invoice amount. All payment and currency costs are to be meet by the booker. We have found services like WISE.COM to be very good.


Cancellation Terms:
The initial deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation with 8 or more weeks till check in - the initial booking deposit is retained.
Cancellation within 8 weeks till check in - the initial booking deposit and 100% of the balance are retained.
