This is the PERFECT place for the Fringe! Three minutes to Pleasance, five minutes to The Gilded Balloon and 10 minutes to the Royal mile. The place is very nice, FULL kitchen with FULL size refrigerator, very quiet. It's right in the middle of Edinburgh University and 5 minutes to the museum. This place is wonderful!

Perfect location for the Fringe festival. Great little flat with everything you need, apart from the double bed which is very soft so we ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge which is super comfy.

We (2 seniors) were in Edinburgh for the Fringe Festival and this flat could not have been more convenient! We would definitely stay here again.
