Late/Early Check in/out charges will apply should the guest want these add ons.

Payment The initial booking deposit payment can be made by Credit or Debit Card. The remaining balance can be made by Credit or Debit Card, or Bank Transfer. Please note that we request all bookings valuing over £3,500 be paid via bank transfer. Bank Transfer - no charge for UK transactions. Non UK - please ensure any bank transfer fees at your end are added to the invoice amount plus bank fees.
To reserve the apartment, a total non-refundable booking deposit of 35% is due upon booking, with the balance 42 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, the balance is due immediately. After payment of the 10% initial instalment via edlets.com, 25% of the remaining balance is due directly to your property host.
In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 35% of the full payment (or full payment if booking within 42 days of arrival date) as shown on the confirmation invoice must be paid to us at the time of booking. This deposit is not refundable in the event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out in our terms and conditions. The balance of the cost of your stay (the amount shown on the confirmation invoice less the deposit) must be received by us not less than 42 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). This date will be shown on the confirmation invoice. If you have not paid in full and on time we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. In this case the cancellation charges set out in section 11 below will be payable.
Damages deposit Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG / Know Your Guest, the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG / Know Your Guest directly to verify yourself and process a damage deposit payment or purchase a damage waiver. The damage deposit payment will incur a 10 GBP fee. This SUPERHOG / Know Your Guest verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in. The Damage deposit is due to be paid 14 days before your arrival and will be refunded back to you within 14 days of your departure from the property, pending no damage or unpaid fees. SUPERHOG / Know Your Guest do not accept American Express. Please note you should deal with SUPERHOG / Know Your Guest on any disagreement or dispute.
