About the location (New Town, Edinburgh)

Located in Edinburgh's historic New Town, 2 minutes from the trendy Broughton Street, 10/15 minute walk to the town centre and 20 minutes from the Old Town. Absolutely one of the best locations in Edinburgh.

On street parking is free every evening and at weekends.

A taxi for 5 or 6 from the airport costs about �27 and takes around 30 minutes. A taxi from Waverley train station and the city centre takes 10 minutes and costs around �7.

History

Our elegant, 1860 townhouse, built after the Georgian New Town plan completed between 1770 and 1830, is geographically part of the New Town, which along with the earlier Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Terms

After paying the initial instalment, 25% of the balance is due within 10 days, and the balance 5 weeks prior to your arrival.

Please note there is an end of stay cleaning fee of 200.00GBP and a refundable security deposit of 250.00GBP applicable and both are payable with the final instalment payment. The refundable security deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure.

Check in 15:00 - earlier by arrangement. Check out 11:00 - later by arrangement. We try, when possible, to accommodate guests who arrive earlier or wish to leave their luggage until later.
