Great flat, exceptional host

My wife and I stayed at Valentin's place for over a month. From the very beginning Valentin made us feel very welcome. The communication was great, he kindly took the time to show us the flat and provided us with further information about the area and other amenities.
The flat was clean and had all the amenities for our long stay. The on-site gym + sauna + pool was free and easily accessible which was a bonus. The location was easily accessible by public transport and the dedicated car space was very convenient.
Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with both the host as well as the flat. Would highly recommend.

A great flat, with great location.
Plenty of space for us and our young baby, who loved the swimming pool!
Would recommend to others looking for a base in Edinburgh close to the city centre and main tourist areas.

Amazing apartment!

Stayed for the Edinburgh Fringe 2018. Brilliant little apartment, just what we needed! Everything was very clean when we arrived, plenty of towels and bedding along with all the cleaning and basic supplies we needed for our extended stay.

Val was great, if anything was broken or needed fixing it was dealt with very quickly. Very easy to contact.

Bedroom was lovely and spacious, living room had a large sofabed which was perfect for our group. Small separate kitchen had almost everything needed, certainly if you were only staying for a short time. Bathroom was clean and airy.

The swimming pool and sauna were a great added bonus! Provided great relaxation after a day in the festival.

Flat was on the fourth floor with great views from the terrace, and a lift! Which made getting to the apartment with heavy bags much easier.

Locations was about a 25 minute walk from the Royal Mile, with plenty of bus options to get you there quicker. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, and the Fountainpark complex next door if you fancied a day away from the centre!

All in all a great, hassle-free stay, and would happily stay there again!

Excellent. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very clean and tasteful. The pool was sparkling clean. The flat was very smartly designed and very comfortable. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and easy to work with. The neighborhood is charming with several excellent Italian restaurants nearby. A 20 minute bus ride to Princes Street, the heart of Edinburgh. I loved it.
