Payment:
To reserve the apartment, a total non-refundable booking deposit of 40% is due upon booking, with the balance 56 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, the balance is due immediately. After payment of the 15% initial installment to Edlets, 25% of the remaining balance is due directly to your property host.

The price quoted is based on occupancy level. The agreed number of occupants must not be exceeded.

A minimum £1000 security deposit is required. This is returned, 14 working days after the end of the stay, provided there are no breakages or damages. There is a £100 cleaning charge.

The initial booking deposit payment can be made by Cash or Bank Transfer. The remaining balance can be made by Cash or Bank Transfer.
Bank Transfer - no charge for UK transactions.
Non UK - please ensure any bank transfer fees at your end are added to the invoice amount plus a flat rate of £10.00 for the transaction fee from our bank.

Cancellation Terms:
The initial deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation with 8 or more weeks till check in - the initial booking deposit is retained.
Cancellation within 8 weeks till check in - the initial booking deposit and 100% of the balance are retained.
