My family stayed at this apartment for 12 days in July for a visit. The apartment was spacious, bright and very comfortable. It had everything we needed to feel at home. We felt it was in the perfect location as well, with great access to bus routes all around the city, right outside the door.
We were so pleased with this stay.
The company (Edlets) was more than helpful to work with in finding a right fit (and they sure did!). Great communication and assistance throughout.
Omar was a truly fantastic host. Lovely and friendly, he greeted us upon arrival to show us around and give us the keys. He was also very supportive with great communication via text if we had any questions.
We can't thank him enough for having us. This was miles better than a hotel or Air BnB stay!
Can't recommend this company and this apartment enough.

We came to Edinburgh for a long-term stay but we needed a place to start our search for a long-term flat. The landlord was very welcoming, kind and respectful. His flat was also spacious and we benefited from its proximity to the meadows and Bruntsfield links.

A great base for the weekend

Firstly the host was very helpful and friendly. The directions took us straight to the door and parking was easy. We were met by the host who showed us all we needed to know about the flat.
The flat was comfortable and easy to use with a local coop nearby. We were a family of 4 adults and 3 children and we cooked meals in with no problems
There is a bus stop within 50 yds of the door which accesses buses down to the centre which is about a mile away.
It was a good base for a lovely weekend and excellent value.

Bruntsfield appartment

Lovely, spacious appartment with good facilities, with a friendly and helpful host, Omar, within a super location of Bruntsfield. Bruntsfield itself has fabulous quirky shops, very good restaurants and coffee shops. Easy access onto Princes Street and all that the city has to offer.

Four adults stayed for two weeks over festival weeks, and we couldn't be more pleased with this central Edinburgh accommodation. It was clean and roomy, right next to links golf course and two steps from the bus stop. Planning on returning, for sure!

The Bruntsfield apartment is excellent for both a holiday weekend and a long term stay for students. The rooms are spacious and fully furnished with all you need. The owner is really friendly and cares for his apartment. When something is wrong, he comes over for a small talk and to have a look. The location is perfect and the area is the best you can get if you want to stay in local Edinburgh. Supermarkets, shops and the Links are around the corner. It takes a 15 minute walk to west end and 10 minutes to Grassmarket. Thereby a lot of central busses stop right in front of the apartment. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in the city.
