The property is situated right on the water's edge, with stunning views both west towards Edinburgh and east along the beach towards the harbour.

This apartment is suitably situated for water sports enthusiasts, with direct access onto the beach. A little further out is Musselburgh's famous horse racing course which can be reached by car or bus within 5 minutes or you can take a stroll along the waterfront to reach the race course within 25 minutes.
Beside the racecourse is the celebrated world's oldest golf course, once played by Mary Queen of Scots, dating back as far as 1567.

This apartment is excellently suited for Edinburgh too. The bus stop is reached within 30 seconds of the property, with a 25 minute bus journey taking you into the heart of the City Of Edinburgh.
Edinburgh's Portobello Beach is also within walking distance (15 minutes) where you can take in the beach views, and enjoy the promonade's bars and restaurants.
Musselburgh also has its own train station, which is 5 minutes by Taxi/Bus or around a 25 minute walk.
