The accommodation was exactly as we expected for the price we paid. It suited our needs perfectly and all basics supplied, ideal for any groups just needing a base location. The host got back to any messages quickly. Good transport links to the town centre or a 15 minutes walk. Would be happy to use again if we visited Edinburgh.

Very easy and pleasant to deal with the owner via email, and everything ran smoothly for the stay. Four of us stayed here for the Fringe for a month and the flat had everything needed, all working, was clean and tidy and when one thing went wrong the owner sorted out straight away. 20 minutes walk up to North Bridge, and also plenty of bus options - close to the centre of town while being a little out of the hustle and bustle. Good selection of shops etc nearby, e.g. big supermarket.
