For cancellations over three months from the start date of the booking, the full deposit will be returned less any administrative or bank charges.

Cancellation of bookings between four weeks and three months before the start of booking will mean a forfeiture of all deposit paid.

Cancellation within four weeks of the start date of the booking will incur the full booking charge.

In the event of a pandemic resulting in government suspension of business in self-catering properties, whether in national or local areas, postponement, or refund of the net amount of rental after commissions will be offered.
