It makes the most of natural light and while one side of the living room looks over the Canongate section of the Royal Mile, the other side which leads onto the balcony gives open views across to the Calton Hill. A Tea Room on the ground floor serves traditional Scottish breakfasts for under £5 and offers delicious home baked cakes.

About the location (Royal Mile, Edinburgh)
The Royal Mile starts with Edinburgh Castle at one end and ends with the Queens Palace and the Scottish Parliament at the other end. The apartment is towards the Queens Palace end. Princes Street and Waverley Train Station are only a 10 minute walk away. Parking: no car is required due to the central location however metered parking is available all around the apartment (free after 6.30pm and all day on Sundays) 24 hour secure parking at nearby New Street Waverley Car Park.
