Weekend stay june 2023

Where do we begin. Our original accommodation fell through and we contacted Edlets to try help us find somewhere for 11 people. What we didn't know was Pride and Edinburgh festival was on the same weekend so we thought we may have to cancel. But John who owns the property was so accommodating and allowed us to stay here.

There was plenty of beds/bedrooms for us all to be comfortable and from the moment we got in touch John was very nice, answering any questions we had and made sure we felt welcome when we finally met a few weeks later.

The rooms all had plenty pillows and blankets and enough towels for the entire stay even when there was more of us.

The views from the rooms of Edinburgh castle and surrounding areas were spectacular. The living room with the extra chairs was great for all 11 of us to be able to enjoy a coffee and couple drinks together comfortably.

We didn't use the cooking facilities while there, but there is 6 hobs and 2 fridges/freezers so plenty space for large groups. Also dishwasher and washing machine and dryer which is great.

I highly recommend staying here because you are in the heart of everything and the shops are so close, places to grab coffee/tea and wetherspoons and other restaurants nearby too.

Very much the perfect location to explore Edinburgh.

Just so you know, there is a lot of stairs due to being on the top floor. So don't take extremely heavy suitcases like we did unless you're Okey to carry them haha.
