The flat is perfect for visitors to Edinburgh.
It is located within the beautiful New Town conservation area. It is 5 minutes by foot from the City Centre on a cobble stoned street and the immediate and surrounding neighborhood Broughton and Canonmills are filled with restaurants, bars, shops, and cafes.
The flat has expansive views to north and south, looking onto both Calton Hill and Fife.

The spacious and airy flat is on the 3rd floor of a Georgian building (walk up), allowing great light with a view of Calton Hill to the south and Fife to the north. It is 2000 sq feet (185 sq meters) and has three toilets.
We have four bedrooms, one is currently used as a den/office with a fold out sofa that sleeps two. The master bedroom has a UK king sized bed, bedroom 2 has a twin bed and bedroom three has a child's cot (crib). An air mattress is available for any additional sleeping needs.
We just finished a large renovation on the flat so so all appliances are brand new and everything is in good working order and in prime shape.
The flat is well-suited for families as it is equipped with toys, baby gear, and children's beds and cots/cribs.
About the location (New Town, Edinburgh)
New Town is one of the most beautiful and historic areas of Edinburgh. It is a fantastic location to allow you to discover all of Edinburgh. That flat is walking distance to Princes Street, Old Town, Leith, and Stockbridge and has great buses nearby to explore things further afield. It is also very close to Waverly train station, tram lines, and the central bus station.
The views from the flat are stunning - Calton Hill and the National Monument to the south and the mountains of Fife to the south. Panoramic views of within renovated kitchen/living space.

Arrival and departure Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 11am on your day of departure.
Accessibility Please note that we have no lifts in our building, and the flat is located on the third floor.
Payment Terms After payment of the 10% initial instalment via edlets.com, a further 20% is payable immediately to the property host.
The remaining balance (70%) plus a minimum A 500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The security deposit is returned in full, 7 working days after the end of the stay or upon cancellation, provided there is no damage to the property or its contents.
Payment to edlets.com may be made by Credit or Debit Card. Payments to the host may be made by Bank Transfer or Paypal.
Cancellation Policy All monies paid to date are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a booking is cancelled after confirmation, you will forfeit the initial instalments of 10% and 20%. If the booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, all monies, except the security deposit, will be forfeit.
