Fantastic stay at polwarth terrace

We are a family (two adults, two children 6 and 8) that traveled to Edinburgh because of work. We stayed in Polwarth Terrace during 3 weeks.
When we arrived Sandra was waiting for us with the keys.
The location is great, close to city center (30 min walking, 15 min by bus passing in front of the house), 2 min walking to the canal, 5 min walking to beatiful meadows where we played frisbee, futbol... It is also very close to supermarkets (15min walking Tesco, 3 min walking Scotmid, 10 min Tesco superstore by car ...).
The house is very confortable and very well-furnished. There is a lot of light and the rooms have a lot of space.
My children loved the sliding windows in the roof and the garden.
Everything was like in the pictures, and more than we expected.
If we come again to Edinburgh, we would stay in this house again for sure.

Amazing 3-month-stay

We stayed 3 months in the house. We loved everything about it and really felt home. The kitchen is well-equiped and the owner is arranging and helpful. The neighborhood is incredibly green and quiet. Worth every penny!
The city-center is at a 15-minutes bus ride (7-8 by car). It is also very walkable, Union Canal will lead you directly to the center. Many bus options are available in a 10-minutes-walking circle around the house that bring you everywhere in the city (incl. airport bus).
Tesco, Lidl, etc. are available closeby.

Cottage is surprisingly spacious, with good living accommodation and good sized bedrooms.
Nice area with easy access to the city centre.
