Upstairs are:
Master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, en-suite & balcony looking over Arthur's Seat.
Guest double bedroom which is lovely bright with double fitted wardrobe, table, lamp & TV.
Large kid's bedroom with very comfortable bed and fitted wardrobes.
Travel cot can be provided on request
There are 3 bathrooms in total. The main communal bathroom is fitted with three piece suite, shower and bath. The en-suite is fitted with shower, WC and sink and the third bathroom (located downstairs) has a sink & WC.
Entry phone system, electric heating and double glazing.
Garden at the front and back.
The cost includes bedding and towels and includes cleaning as our cleaner comes in once a week.
About the location (Leith Links, Edinburgh)
Located close to Arthur's Seat, Holyrood Park with the Palace of Holyrood, Leith Links playpark and Portobello beach. There is free parking and the property is located close to all amenities such as a large local supermarket.
The local restaurants & cafes are great and offer a variety of cuisine. We are also within walking distance of Leith's vibrant shore area with the Royal Yacht Britannia, Ocean Terminal shopping centre and cinema.
Locally there are a wide variety of shops for day to day requirements - such as a pharmacy, newsagent and lovely bistros.
A short bus journey will take you to the gorgeous Princes Street Gardens, Edinburgh Castle, Royal Museum of Scotland, National & Portrait Gallery of Scotland. Local bus service every 3 minutes.
There is also our great cycle path which runs along the water of Leith with some gorgeous scenery. We are right next to all local amenities and easy for shopping from local fishmonger, butcher, Tesco etc. Its a great place to live!
