Perfect location!

This is the perfect location to explore Holyrood Park and palace, the Royal Mile, Old Town and New Town and a short walk to Waverly Station. There is a bus stop for the sightseeing buses just around the corner. Grocery is within walking distance. It is NOT fancy, but served our needs. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with when there were changes to our itinerary. If you want luxury, this is not it. But if you want something reasonably priced for a family and great location, this will meet your needs. We were somewhat nervous about the booking process which included wiring of money, but it worked out fine.

Spaciuos apartment with a great location at the end of the Royal Mile and with excellent equipment in the kitchen. The owner is very kind and explained everything accurately. The interior would need a slight update, even considering the rental price. But this contributes to the Scottish atmosphere.

I’m currently on tour throughout the UK, and I was very happy with this flat. The location is great (literally across the street from Holyrood Palace, Scottish Parliament and Arthur’s Seat) Paul was a great host, very accommodating. If I had a critique, the mattress in the master bedroom was too hard for my taste, but that’s really just personal preference. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment is almost perfectly located, right at the beginning of the Royal Mile, which provides closeness to almost all attractions, while retaining peace and quiet. The amenities within the apartment might be "updated", but this way it leaves a vibe of a typical Scottish semi-modern place. The host responded very promptly to our inquiries and questions :)

We would definately stay here again!

Great location for the fringe and to visit parliament and Holyrood -host very helpful-i think the value for money ( i know fringe time increases prices) is mainly due to the property needing a make over /upgrade,a downstairs toilet would be such a bonus and there is plenty of space and a general re decorate - i know these things cost money ( we have rental properties too) but it would im sure pay the owner in the long term

Excellent position in Town for the fringe festival.
The Apartment was good for our needs but we would recommend a good maintenance, the matterass in the main bedroom was too soft/old however the kitchen is fully equipped and Paul the host is recommended.

We stayed at Paul's flat from Nov 17-Dec 17 as a party of three and it truly became a home away from home for us. Paul greeted us at the door when we arrived and proved to be so kind, communicative, and responsive throughout our whole stay. We had troubles with our bank sending the international wire before we arrived but he was incredibly gracious about the delay and helped us get everything sorted. There was also a slight issue with the hot water, but I'm sure he will have that cleared up in no time. In conclusion, this is truly the homiest flat, Paul is a wonderful host, and it's an unbeatable location. We miss it already!

An ideally situated flat for visiting the festival. A minutes walk from the High Street yet quiet location. Nicely maintained with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Clean and well appointed. Owner was very helpful - waiting for us to arrive after travel delay to make sure all was well. Would recommend and we will be back next year. This was our fifth EdFest and this accommodation ranks among the best we have had,

All 4 of us loved the apartment, it was spacious and light, being on the end of the block, the living room and kitchen double aspect. Balcony just big enough for 4 of us and a table to sit out. The beds were really comfortable and a good shower and bathroom (with a bath). We would definitely stay again. Good location a the end of the Royal Mile. We would definitely stay again.
Good value for money, particularly at the time of the Festival.
Perfectly clean.
Friendly service from Paul.
Great location.
All facilities good, in working order.

Proprietario, Paul, gentilissimo e disponibile, appartamento in zona centrale e comodo da raggiungere, pulito, ampio e con tutti confort..
Ottima soluzione che consiglio a chi vuole visitare Edinburgo..
