    Cosy and comfortable living space with Smart TV. A single sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional guest (best suited for children or adults under 6 foot).

    Kitchen/dining area offers great facilities, with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, dining table with chairs and plenty cupboard space. Kitchen is stocked with everything that you could require during your stay.

    Hall:
    Spacious hallway with storage.

    Bathroom:
    Newly fitted bathroom with waterfall shower.

    Washing machine available with drying rack.


    About the location (Grange, Edinburgh)


    Situated in the Grange area, approximately 20 minutes walk from Princes Street & the High Street, 10 minutes walk from Arthur's Seat, Blackford Hill and the Meadows and within easy walking distance of most popular festival venues.

    Located just outside the very crowded zone, with bus stops round the corner where you can catch buses that go to practically anywhere in the city. Local bars, restaurants and Tesco Metro 'on the doorstep'.

    Please note that whilst there is no free parking available at the premises, we are located towards the edge of the controlled zone periphery so free parking can be found nearby. (subject to availability)
