    Edinburgh fringe stay

    We come to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe every two years, and we try to find accommodation in the centre. After walking across Edinburgh in the morning to a show, it is nice to be able to have a rest in the flat before setting off again for an afternoon show.

    We always come by car, and park in the Sheriffhall Park & Ride, and then take the bus into town with our wheelie-cases. We got off the bus at the stop nearest to Chambers Street, and walked along Chambers Street and Guthrie Street to Old Fishmarket Close.

    The flat was ideal for four of us. It was reasonably quiet at night, despite being so central.

    We hope to be able to come again in 2025, and will book early to be sure of getting 13 Old Fishmarket Close again.

    Ed fringe stay

    A wonderful location for accessibility to the Royal Mile, a great to stay right in the centre of all the action during the Fringe, seconds away from some locations yet reasonably quiet for such a central location.

    We drove and you can drop off in the road outside, although it is very steep and narrow. Alternatively half our party left luggage at Waverley Station which is also accessible.

    It is a decent sized flat for Edinburgh, we were six and the flat was spacious enough to accommodate us (although during the Fringe it was more a sleeping location) and was well equipped.

    We would certainly stay here again.
