The host was nice and welcoming. The location of the house is great and the price of the room was good.
In general, the cleanliness of the place can be improved. For example, the bed linen and towels provided did not smell like they were clean, and the floor of the room looked like it had not been swept in a while.

I had a wonderful time staying here it we'd amazing great value and Kate is wonderful I'd say again and highly recommend it
