The room on offer has a wardrobe, desk and a single bed. There are pictures on the walls and a window looking out to the street on the other side of the house, through which you can view Leith Links, which is a local park area.

There is access to a big kitchen with a sofa and TV in an alcove, making the place feel homely. The kitchen comes equipped with microwave, cooker, oven, washing machine and an old fashioned pulley for hanging clothes to dry. Space is provided in the fridge and shelves, plus use of kitchen utensils.

There is a toilet next door with a shower & a sink.

The property host's room is next door.

There is access to Wi-Fi internet, DVD and TV.
