Hey. My spare room is going to be free from the 1st of June (but it can be made available sooner if necessary) and I am looking for a new flatmate. It is a furnished double bedroom and the flat is in Leith (super close to Ocean Terminal and Asda). It is also on bus routes 10, 16 and 22.
Just to confirm: A 395/pcm....NO BILLS!!!
