Good location for accessing centre of Edinburgh and many festival venues. Free on street parking.

Prestonfield is a quiet residential area with good access to the City Centre via buses either along Dalkeith Road or from Cameron Toll shopping Centre and along Mayfield Gardens which eventually leads on to Princes Street. Bristo Square is about a 20 minute walk away and hosts a number of fringe venues
Internet, gas and electricity are all included in the cost of the rental, along with bedding and towels. A security deposit of 400 will be required (refundable upon departing providing property is returned in same condition). Any tenants require to be respectful and considerate of neighbours and particularly the existing tenant
