Very friendly and helpful staff who went out their way to accommodate us and solve any problems. Nice friendly atmosphere with nice garden space. Disappointing that some of the showers were out of action and that there were not enough towels on arrival. Maybe a bit more choice of cereal and other food at breakfast would be nice.

We had a large group of eleven that stayed for almost two weeks. We received excellent service from the staff, especially Paul. We felt well taken care of. We had the room to ourselves, for the most part, and occasionally had someone stay with us a night or two. They were also great people. This hostel seems to attract good folk. It was also an excellent location. In walking distance to many great coffee shops and restaurants and also close to many busses and the tram. It was my first time staying at a hostel and I would totally do it, again, here.
