To allow us to market your accommodation effectively and contact you about bookings and enquiries for your listings, we need to collect and store certain information about you and the property you are listing.
Information we store about the accommodation that you are listing

The postal address, floor and physical location (GPS latitude and longitude coordinates) of the property.

The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, features and facilities, and a written description of the accommodation.

This information will only ever be used by edlets.com to contact you in conjunction with your listing and bookings. In the event that an enquirer confirms a booking at your accommodation, your contact information and information about the property that they have booked will also be sent to the guest who has booked to allow them to correspond further with you.
Telephone call recording
We may record telephone calls to and from our offices for purposes of quality control, staff training or fraud prevention.
Security
All sensitive information is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology before being sent over the internet.
Our public facing servers are security scanned quarterly by a 3rd party company to ensure our systems are secure and prevent unauthorised access to your data.
