When do I receive the hosts contact info?
Once a reservation has been made a confirmation email is sent to the host and the guest containing the contact details of both parties.

Any hidden costs?
Absolutely not!
Unless explicitly stated, there are no extra taxes, admin fees, check-in fees etc.
Unlike many accommodation rental websites, the price we quote you is the total and inclusive price for the period that you are renting.

How do I ask a host a question?
You can send a message to the host by clicking on the send message button or link within the enquiry email, if you need a quicker answer you can call +44 131 510 0020 or email bookings@edlets.com

How do I book?
To book please click on the confirm link within the offer email or call or call +44 131 510 0020 with your credit or debit card details. You will be asked to pay the first part of the payment to make the reservation. You will be sent a confirmation email.

How do I find out the price of accommodation?
Send a general enquiry to tell us what you are looking for, you will then receive email quotations from hosts that have available accommodation that matches your requirements. You can also send specific enquiries to properties that you like and the host should email you back with the rate for the dates you require.

How to I decline a hosts offer?
You can click the decline button on the enquiry email, this will tell the host that you do not wish to accept the offer they have sent you. When you make a reservation all other hosts that have sent you an offer will be notified and will no longer be able to send you a message.

What do I do after I have made a reservation?
You should contact the host after you have made a reservation to discuss paying the balance, picking up the keys and the arrival procedure.

Why do you not charge a credit card fee?
Edlets do not charge credit card fees because we choose to pay the fees for you.
