The apartment is located behind York Place, off Dublin Street. The bars/restaurants, nightlife and tourist attractions of George Street and Princes Street are only a few minutes walk away making this an ideal family, tourist or business property.
Pre-authorisation on credit card of 200GBP for security deposit.
Please note that a total of 25% non-refundable initial instalment is payable at the time of booking - 10% initially via edlets.com and a further 15% directly to the property host.
The remaining balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Additional towels are provided at an additional cost of 2GBP (per towel).
